2000LPH Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant
For a 2m³/h water production capacity, we optimize membrane modules, pumps and control panels. Stable water output and recovery rate are guaranteed even with fluctuating raw water quality, with a designed recovery rate of 70%–75%.
Flow Rate, Recovery & Pressure Matching
We adopt matched pressure vessels and RO membranes to hit the rated 2000LPH water yield and designed flux. The RO section requires a total installed power of around 2.2kW, paired with a high-pressure pump matched to net driving pressure for stable system operation.

How Chuangdong Designs the Full Raw Water-to-Pure Water Process
Our well-organized process lines stabilize inlet water conditions, safeguard RO membranes and deliver high-quality permeate water. The system starts with a raw water buffer tank to balance water supply and prevent frequent pump cycling. A booster pump delivers steady pressure to the pre-treatment section for predictable performance of downstream filters.

Chuangdong configures proper tank volumes to support continuous water supply and buffer pressure fluctuations. Booster pumps deliver steady flow to stabilize filter inlet pressure and extend filter service life.
Quartz Sand Filter: Remove Turbidity & Suspended Solids
Quartz sand filters intercept sediment, suspended particles and colloids to lower SDI value and minimize membrane fouling from the source.
Activated Carbon Filter: Eliminate Discoloration, Odor & Residual Chlorine
Carbon filters adsorb pigments, peculiar smells, organics and residual chlorine. It avoids irreversible oxidative damage to sensitive RO membrane surfaces.
Precision Security Filter
Cartridge security filters capture fine particles and residual microbes before RO separation to prevent membrane scratches. An optional water softener is available for high-hardness raw water to lower scaling risks on membrane surfaces and fit water conditions of different regions.
High-pressure Pump, RO Membrane, UV Sterilizer & Pure Water Tank
Matched high-pressure pumps generate stable driving pressure for RO membranes to trap salts, heavy metals, organics and bacteria. Produced pure water goes through UV sterilizer for secondary disinfection to avoid bacterial regrowth, then stored in pure water tanks for consistent on-site supply.
