Reliable Industrial RO Systems for High-Quality Water Production
Our Industrial Reverse Osmosis RO systems are designed to convert pretreated feed water into high-quality purified water for demanding industrial and commercial applications. Using high-performance RO membranes and pressure-driven membrane separation, the system removes dissolved salts, minerals, organic matter, colloids, and other impurities from the feed water.
With a flexible capacity range of 1–500 m³/h, the system can be configured according to raw water quality, required production capacity, recovery rate, and final water quality. Skid-mounted, automated, and customized configurations are available for different industrial water treatment requirements.
The system is suitable for boiler feed water, industrial process water, food and beverage production, hotel water supply, cooling water, and water recycling and reuse. These applications are widely associated with industrial RO technology because the required water quality varies according to the process and end use.
Main Functions of Industrial Reverse Osmosis RO Systems
1. Dissolved Salt Removal
RO membranes provide a high level of dissolved salt and mineral rejection, helping reduce TDS and producing water suitable for industrial processes and further purification.
2. High-Quality Purified Water Production
The system continuously separates purified water from concentrated contaminants, providing a stable source of treated water for production and utility applications.
3. Industrial Water Reuse
When properly designed as part of a complete treatment train, RO can be used to treat suitable secondary or tertiary treated water for recycling and reuse, helping reduce freshwater consumption and wastewater discharge.
4. Feed Water Conditioning for Critical Processes
RO-treated water can serve as feed water for downstream technologies such as EDI, mixed-bed deionization, or other polishing systems when higher purity is required. For boiler applications, additional treatment may be selected according to boiler pressure and feed-water quality requirements.
The final configuration is customized according to:
Required permeate capacity
Feed water TDS and water chemistry
Required salt rejection
Recovery rate
Operating pressure
Pretreatment requirements
Final water quality
Site conditions and available space
Depending on the project, the RO unit can be integrated with multimedia filtration, activated carbon filtration, softening, ultrafiltration, cartridge filtration, dosing systems, or downstream polishing equipment.
For large-capacity systems, modular skid-mounted configurations can also simplify transportation, installation, commissioning, and future capacity expansion.
